BURGER KING is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment and drive guest satisfaction and profitability. You will manage the restaurant team, oversee financial controls, and ensure high standards across shifts.

Responsibilities include leading the management team, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with the District Manager while handling long or irregular hours as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, and staff development.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and drive sales, profitability, and employee retention.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with District Manager and oversee Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
