Responsibilities

• Supervise Colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Serve customers correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure high-quality products as described in training.
• Display proper image and follow policies and standards.
• Clean and organize work stations and maintain health standards.
• Perform cash management and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide direction and coaching to Colleagues and follow up.
• Monitor costs for food, labor, and utilities.
• Complete daily paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Open/close restaurant and handle unexpected events.
