Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Ogden Area is seeking a fast-paced, energetic Café Manager to lead a team and drive profitability while delivering outstanding hospitality to customers. You will oversee P&L, control costs, and ensure brand standards across front and back of house.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience, a focus on sales growth, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual settings.
• Open availability to work
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front and back of house.
• Strong understanding of cost of goods and labor; proficient with P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations to meet profit goals.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image by maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicates and stays updated on marketing and promotional materials.
• Executes marketing and sales programs following guidelines.
• Builds cafe sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.
• Willing to work 45 hours a week with open availability.
