Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking Assistant Managers in Utah to develop into General Managers for our locations. You will lead teams to deliver a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product to loyal customers.

Applicants should have 2+ years of management experience, a passion for product quality, and strong customer service skills. This role requires flexibility, safety awareness, and the ability to train new staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have a passion for product quality and providing a positive customer service experience
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Inventory Management
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Tactful, courteous, and respectful when interacting with others
• Absolutely safety conscious, and willing to stop unsafe acts
• Thrives on helping others succeed and teams to excel

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to produce a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product for customers.
• Manage day to day operations of the location.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Hire and train new team members as needed.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude and resolve them.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under stress.
