Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation and historical performance to ensure that profit goals are met.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials.
• Executes marketing and sales programs following appropriate guidelines.
• Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.
• Be willing to work 45 hours a week and have open availability
