The ideal candidate has a proven track record in restaurant management, open availability, and the ability to coach staff, control costs, and grow sales in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in restaurant/fast-casual settings.
• Open availability.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Experience growing sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to manage cost of goods and labor.
• Strong understanding of P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Servsafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors café sales growth and costs against budget and historical performance to meet profit goals.
• Maintains exceptional customer experience to build brand loyalty.
• Upholds professional image and sanitation standards across the cafe.
• Keeps marketing and promotional materials up to date and communicates them to the crew.
• Implements marketing and local store campaigns to drive sales.
• Develops relationships in the local business community to generate store traffic.
• Willing to work 45 hours per week with open availability.
