A positive, energetic leadership style is essential for success in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 3 years of restaurant management, strong cost and labor control skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual field.
• Open availability.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front and back of house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Servsafe® Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations and historical performance to ensure profit goals are met.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image by maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.
• Communicates and stays updated on marketing and promotional materials.
• Executes marketing and sales programs following guidelines.
• Builds café sales by cultivating business community relationships and local store marketing campaigns.
• Be willing to work 45 hours a week and have open availability.
