The role requires 3–5 years of quick-service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in staffing, training, and financial oversight.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements.
• Train Team Members through effective programs and ensure readiness.
• Open and operate the restaurant during business hours per policy.
• Provide leadership to motivate and align with company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise staff per standards and operate with consistent performance.
