Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for an on-site role in the Iowa market. You will oversee restaurant operations, lead a team of Managers and Team Members, and ensure hospitality-centric daily execution aligned with Capstone values: People, Hospitality, Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership to create excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition via approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong operational knowledge across all restaurant functions.
• Supervise staff in accordance with performance and operating policies.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers and Team Members to reach full potential.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
