Capstone Restaurant Group in Illinois seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a strong emphasis on hospitality and people. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring performance aligns with the business plan and Capstone values: People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage marketing execution, scheduling, and P/L performance, while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, while maintaining a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, with POP and menu board elements.
• Train Team Members to perform their jobs effectively.
• Staff the restaurant to meet Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and commitment to objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Show high proficiency in all phases of restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise according to established policies in the operations manual.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers and Team Members to reach peak performance.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and escalate questions to the District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
