Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, people, and integrity. You will oversee team members, manage P/L, and ensure marketing, training, and daily operations align with business plans.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through training programs.
• Open and operate during Business Hours as defined by leadership.
• Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, and commitment to company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise according to established policies.
