Job summary

Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure policy execution.

You will recruit, train, mentor staff, manage labor and food costs, maintain safety standards, and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment with no late nights.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cost control and labor scheduling is desirable.
• College and/or culinary schooling preferred; 4–6 years in family/fast-food/casual dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff; ensure policy/procedure adherence.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees; plan and direct work.
• Shape culture and drive employee engagement; mentor team members for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, implement programs, and control food/labor costs.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and handle cash controls and inventory.
