Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
• 4–6 years in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff, executing company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
• Provide leadership, direction, training and development to direct reports.
• Build sales and drive restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline as needed.
• Maintain food quality, service, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Control costs including food, labor, inventory and scheduling.
