Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4–6 years in leadership in family, fast-food or casual dining.
• College or culinary schooling preferred.
• Alcohol service roles require state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees.
• Drive sales, meet goals, and improve profitability.
• Control food, labor, and other costs; manage inventory.
