Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Serve Safe certification to be received within six months.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Dependable, honest, and professional demeanor.
• Razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Understanding of basic business math.
• Familiar with various kitchen equipment and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team at The Dinky Kitchen and Bar.
• Train, schedule, and manage Front of House staff.
• Monitor food and beverage quality.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns.
