Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant management experience preferred but not required.
• Serve Safe certification preferred, must earn within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Front of House team in quality service standards.
• Ensure that food and beverage quality meets company standards.
• Address guest inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in monitoring financials, inventory, and budgeting.
