Job summary

Piccino is seeking a hands-on restaurant leader for our Dogpatch and Presidio locations. You will own service standards, staffing, and the daily financial rhythm, working alongside owners and the operations team.

This role leads from the floor, not the office, with responsibilities in hiring, training, scheduling, labor and cost management, inventory and ordering, and guest relations. P&L reading is essential, and Toast/Resy systems are in use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in senior restaurant management.
• Comfort reading a P&L.
• Experience with hiring, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Floor leadership during service; hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Labor and cost management; inventory and ordering oversight.
• Guest relations; coordination with events team on private dining and buyouts.
