Taziki’s Café is seeking a capable restaurant management professional to lead store operations in Highlands Ranch, CO. This full-time role focuses on achieving cost targets, developing a team, and delivering excellent guest experiences across shifts.

You will supervise staffing, ensure food safety, manage catering orders, and uphold brand standards while driving performance and growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Strong work ethic and passion for fresh food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building, developing, and mentoring a team.
• Experience with restaurant Profit and Loss statements.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
• Motivated, self-initiated, and team oriented.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Food Manager certification or ability to obtain shortly after starting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze your store’s P&L and decide a path to reach cost goals.
• Write a weekly staff schedule to balance development and labor costs.
• Set the tone for the shift and guide staff toward goals and duties.
• Mentor staff and manage training and evaluations.
• Be an expert in Food Safety and menu knowledge.
• Prepare catering orders with your team.
• Support or cover kitchen stations when needed.
• Order products, supplies, and produce.
• Screen and onboard hourly employees.
• Ensure proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serve guests and build meaningful connections.
• Maintain Health Dept standards throughout shifts.
• Follow Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper food handling and storage.
• Maintain hygiene and appearance.
