Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations. You will analyze P&L, plan labor, coach staff, ensure food safety, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role offers a clear path to ownership, competitive benefits, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No late nights, no early mornings. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of upper management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
• Must obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing store’s P&L and setting path to reach cost goals.
• Writing a weekly staff schedule to manage labor costs.
• Setting the shift tone and directing staff toward goals.
• Mentoring staff and managing training and evaluations.
• Ensuring food safety and menu/product knowledge.
• Preparing catering orders with the team.
• Ordering products, supplies, and produce.
• Screening, interviewing, and onboarding hourly employees.
• Cash handling and payment procedures.
• Serving guests and maintaining health standards.
• Ensuring proper food handling and storage.
