Job summary

Bojangles' Assistant General Manager in Lexington, SC is responsible for leading restaurant teams to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality and drive traffic, sales, and profitability. You will partner with the General Manager to maintain a customer-centric culture and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office Experience
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales.
• Uphold systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor) and take corrective action as needed.
• Empower staff to maintain WOW guest service.
• Participate in inventory management and safety practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security standards.
