Bojangles' in Irmo, SC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant teams and deliver Southern Hospitality. You will partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of management experience, ability to work 50 hours per week, and strong leadership, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. We offer flexible hours, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and fluent in English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Experience with onboarding employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to all systems and processes (BoFood/BoLabor) and uphold standards.
• Drive traffic, sales, and profitability in the restaurant.
• Maintain a customer-centric culture and WOW guest service.
• Oversee inventory and participate in safety and security procedures.
