Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King locations in Lawrence, MA. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

You will recruit, train, and coach team members, run daily operations, monitor service standards, and ensure safety and quality. Join us for growth opportunities and hands-on leadership at a busy BK restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors guest experience, quality, service, and cleanliness metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Maintains accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and costs to optimize orders.
