Job summary

Burger King in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability. The role leads the management team, ensures financial controls, and develops staff across all shifts at the 4502 N 30th St location.

The RGM must manage long or irregular shifts, drive sales, and maintain excellent guest service while coordinating with a District Manager and other stakeholders. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees) ensuring delivery on guest satisfaction and profitability.
• The RGM leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across all shifts.
• The RGM should be able to work long or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• This position is overseen by a District Manager (DM) and directly manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• This role interacts with restaurant staff, management, DM-s, customers, field operations, and outside vendors.
