NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to join our Anderson, SC location and drive operational excellence from day one. You will manage the P&L, build a winning culture, and deliver the guest experience that keeps customers coming back.

In this role you will drive daily operations across front and back of house, recruit and develop the restaurant management team, own budgeting and food costs, and ensure food safety compliance while upholding service standards.
