Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations across our upscale casual concepts. You will oversee restaurant managers, kitchen and service teams, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

This senior role requires 3-4+ years in full‑service restaurant management, a strong eye for detail, experience interpreting recipes to minimize waste, and solid broiler skills.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years full-service restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Steakhouse experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills required.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all restaurant managers and back of house / front of house teams.
• Ensure P&L management and leadership responsibilities as senior operations leader.
• Drive guest satisfaction and adherence to MSV standards.
• Manage operations to deliver memorable dining experiences.

We'd like for you to have:

• 3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• The ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• An excellent attention to detail.
