Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Ann Arbor, MI. The GM will lead all restaurant managers and both kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintaining P&L accountability and acting as the senior operations leader across the concept.

The role requires 3–4+ years of full-service restaurant management in upscale casual or fine dining, with strong broiler skills and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4+ years full service restaurant management experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Experience in a steakhouse is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance / minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills are required.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant managers and back of house / kitchen & front of house teams.
• Assume P&L and Operating Partner / Leadership responsibilities.
• Serve as the senior restaurant leader with full operations oversight.
