Talently in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an accomplished hospitality leader to run daily operations across high-volume fine dining concepts, ensuring flawless service and brand standards.

The role focuses on guest experience, sales growth, P&L ownership, and developing FOH leaders while maintaining cost controls and operations excellence. This is a senior, hands-on position with visibility on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of senior management experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant with high volume.
  • Visible floor presence with ability to coach, develop leaders and maintain strong employee culture.
  • Strong P&L, labor, cost control, and profitability understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of brand standards
  • Own the overall guest experience and service culture
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance
  • Manage P&L, labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop FOH leadership and hourly teams
  • Lead from the floor and provide real-time coaching and feedback
  • Oversee scheduling, floor plans, staffing, and shift execution
  • Handle guest recovery and service issues professionally
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, appearance, and maintenance standards
  • Oversee payroll, reporting, invoicing, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Partner with senior leadership on continued operational improvement

Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills
  • High-Volume Fine Dining / Upscale Experience
    3+ years of senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant, ideally managing significant volume.
  • Strong Leadership & People Development
    Someone who is highly visible on the floor, develops leaders, coaches teams, and creates accountability while maintaining a strong employee culture.
  • Financial & Operational Acumen
    Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, cost controls, sales, scheduling, and overall restaurant profitability.
Nice to Have Skills
  • $10M+ High-Volume Restaurant Experience – Proven success managing a large-scale, high-revenue operation.
  • Luxury / Forbes Hospitality Experience – Background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or Forbes-rated properties; Forbes training is a plus.
  • Hospitality or Culinary Education – Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
