Job summary

KFC Porterville is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our busy locations in California. In this role you will own the restaurant’s performance, coach a team, and drive exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will mentor staff through onboarding and training, manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll, and safety compliance, and partner with Area Leaders to move the business forward.
