Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team, recruit and train staff, and uphold brand standards for exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive P&L-driven decisions, optimize schedules, and mentor managers to elevate performance while cultivating an inclusive, proactive culture. The role reports to operations leadership and offers advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experience in recruiting and developing teams.

Responsibilities
