KFC in Plattsmouth, NE is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a team within one of the world’s largest brands. You will be responsible for profitability, quality, and a welcoming restaurant culture.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, executing marketing initiatives, maintaining clean and fresh meals, and fostering strong community relations while sustaining high service standards.

• Meet financial and strategic objectives; monitor controls and community relations.
• Lead guest experiences with friendly service, a clean restaurant and fresh meals.
• Attract customers via marketing, community programs, demand tracking, and strategy evaluation.
• Grow and mentor staff through training and onboarding.
• Communicate goals, promotions and business updates to the team.
• Foster a positive, collaborative family atmosphere.
• Collaborate with other GMs and Area Leaders to move the business forward.
