What You'll Do

As Restaurant General Manager, you’ll lead all facets of daily operations while fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture. You'll drive operational excellence, deliver an outstanding dining experience, and build strong neighborhood connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional guest service and 100% table visitation
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain team members and managers
• Maintain inventory, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage labor and food costs, scheduling, and P&L performance
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with consistent coaching and feedback
• Enforce compliance with all alcohol service and food safety regulations
• Represent the brand in the local community and lead local store marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service concept
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong financial and operational expertise
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current alcohol and food certifications in compliance with local/state requirements
• Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts and lift 25–50 lbs as needed
