Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting management teams and reporting to the Director of Operations/District Manager
2. Managing performance of restaurant managers, shift leaders, and staff
3. Fostering a positive and fun work environment
4. Developing future leaders
5. Managing staffing, training, employee performance, and relations
6. Ensuring operational standards, guest satisfaction, food safety, and financial targets
7. Overseeing daily checklists, audits, and compliance standards
8. Managing budgets, inventory, and costs
9. Participating in marketing and community engagement

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to follow company and legal guidelines
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
