POSITION SUMMARY:

The perfect Restaurant General Manager at Qdoba is a confident decision-maker with proven experience in guest/customer service, employee management, business and financial management, and people motivation. They are an excellent communicator—both in writing and verbally. Responsibilities include:

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Strong prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Highly motivated, organized, and ethical. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, recruit, hire, coach, train, and motivate staff. Valid driver’s license required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 10-50 lbs., speak and hear clearly, operate a computer or tablet.
