Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high‑performing team, recruit and train staff, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach managers, oversee scheduling, and ensure CHAMPS standards are met, all while maintaining a culture of equity and belonging.

You’ll be responsible for budgeting, performance improvements based on P&L analysis, and staying ahead of competitors through strong digital programs and loyalty

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experience in recognizing and motivating teams and driving development.

About the Job:As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team, handpicking and training the best crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
