The Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell will lead a dynamic team, recruit and train the crew, and set a gold standard for customer experiences. You will supervise onboarding, coach shifts, and drive promotions while building a culture that is welcoming, equitable, and high-performing.

This role demands a 50-hour week, with compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, plus benefits including four weeks of vacation, tuition assistance, health coverage from day one, and a 401(k)

Restaurant General ManagerAbout the Job:As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team, handpicking and training the best crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
