Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.

• Experience recruiting and training staff at all levels.
• Familiarity with CHAMPS standards, service quality, and turnover reduction.
• Adherence to corporate policies and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
