Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Saint Augustine, FL to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach team members and managers, implement comprehensive development plans, and recognize top performers while maintaining a positive culture.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to maximize profitability while upholding CHAMPS standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Restaurant General ManagerAbout the Job:As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team, handpicking and training the best crew to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
