As a Restaurant General Manager, you will manage a million-dollar restaurant, developing skills in accounting, HR, training, marketing, sales, and cost controls. Our comprehensive management development program ensures ongoing learning and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work 50+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Develop public relations through community engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and communicate with Home Office staff.
• Manage staffing, hiring, and scheduling in compliance with laws and policies.
• Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service, quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Provide on-the-job training using company tools.
• Maintain financial controls, handle cash, and oversee budgets and reports.
• Address customer complaints tactfully to ensure satisfaction.
• Evaluate staff performance and recognize achievements.
• Forecast sales and expenses to set profit goals.
• Make sound managerial decisions regarding employee relations.
• Complete required reports and records.
• Train and develop assistant managers and trainees.
• Ensure a safe work environment for all employees and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
