As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee a million-dollar-plus restaurant, developing skills in accounting, HR, training, marketing, sales, and cost control. We are committed to your ongoing development through our top-tier Management Development Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work a 50+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Engage with the community and develop public relations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and home office personnel.
• Manage staffing, hiring, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise staff to ensure quality customer service, product standards, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Utilize training tools for staff development.
• Implement financial controls and manage budgets and expenses.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully to maintain satisfaction.
• Evaluate staff performance and recognize achievements.
• Forecast sales and expenses to meet profit goals.
• Make sound managerial decisions regarding employee relations.
• Maintain records and reports as required by law and policy.
• Train and develop assistant managers and trainees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $55,900 - $70,200 annually (Westchester County locations start at $58,500).
