As a Restaurant General Manager, you will manage a high-volume restaurant, developing skills in accounting, HR, training, marketing, sales, and cost control. We support your ongoing development through our industry-leading management training program.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Working a 50+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Building relationships within the community and with external vendors.
3. Maintaining staffing levels and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.
4. Implementing financial controls and managing restaurant budgets.
5. Resolving customer complaints tactfully.
6. Training and developing staff and assistant managers.
7. Ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.

Starting pay ranges from $55,900 to $70,200 annually, with higher starting salaries in Westchester County.
