Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in upscale dining or Michelin‑recognized venues.
• Proven ability to build and coach high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated excellence in guest service and hospitality standards.
• Strong communication with staff, peers and senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting and labor control.
• Track record of maintaining quality and service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct front-of-house operations to deliver polished, attentive service.
• Build and mentor a high-performing management team.
• Foster relationships with regular guests and VIP clientele to enhance loyalty.
• Partner with Executive Chef to integrate cuisine with service excellence.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and labor deployment to meet business needs.
