Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking a top-performing General Manager to lead restaurant operations in the United States. The role emphasizes strong leadership, hands-on management, and a commitment to delivering excellent food, value, and customer service.

The position offers a market-leading base salary of $75-$90K per year, with substantial bonus potential and a robust benefits package, including 401K and PTO. Typical shifts are Fri–Sun with many shifts from 8a–8p or 11a–11p.

General Manager Candidates Compensation and Benefits:

• Top pay in the market, base salary $75-$90K per year
• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat

General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced General Manager, overseeing at least 25 team members and 3 managers.

• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
