Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc seeks an experienced operations leader to helm a high-volume flagship location in Nashville. You will own day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a growing team while aligning with brand standards and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management or store leadership experience.
• Strong track record in employee development, recruiting, team building, and managing dynamic personnel.
• Hands-on, working manager leadership style with the ability to lead by example during peak operational hours.
• Availability to work early morning shifts starting between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (typical shift length 8-10 hours, ~45 hours/week).
• Strong business acumen, including familiarity with labor schedules, inventory control, and budget management.

Compensation

$70,000 to $75,000 per year base salary (commensurate with experience) + performance bonus up to 25%, comprehensive health, dental, and vison, PTO and more!
