Job summary

COREcruitment partners with a Nashville multi-concept hospitality operation to seek a General Manager to oversee three concepts under one roof, spanning upscale dining, elevated cocktails, and a music-driven restaurant with a steakhouse-inspired menu.

You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee a large hospitality team, and drive guest experience, service standards, and overall performance, ensuring each concept retains its unique identity while contributing to overall profitability.

• Strong General Manager or senior multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations.

We’re partnered with an exciting multi-concept hospitality operation in Nashville looking for a General Manager to oversee the full property.

This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple concepts under one roof - from upscale-casual dining and elevated cocktails to a lively, music-driven restaurant with a steakhouse-inspired menu.

You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.
