Mauna Kea Resort’s Hau Tree restaurant seeks a General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance in a luxury beachfront setting.

You will lead daily operations, coach teams, and partner with Culinary and Beverage for elevated dining. This role offers growth opportunities in a world-class resort with aloha culture.

Formación

• 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with coaching and inspiration.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Experience in luxury resort or upscale dining preferred.
