Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with coaching and inspiration.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Experience in luxury resort or upscale dining preferred.
