Fairmont Orchid, a luxury resort on Hawai‘i’s Kohala Coast, seeks an experienced Hale Kai Lunch & Dinner Restaurant Manager to oversee high-volume dining operations. You will lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams, ensuring luxury service, compliance, and financial performance while maintaining the resort’s renowned guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) or equivalent luxury hospitality experience.
• 3–5 years restaurant management experience; 2 years luxury hotel or fine dining management preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Alcohol Service Certification required/required where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for lunch and dinner in a luxury resort.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant supervisors and service teams.
• Ensure compliance with luxury service standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Manage labor, budgets, and inventory to drive profitability.
