Restaurant Manager – Luxury Resort | Hawaii

Compensation: $90,000 + Bonus

I am currently hiring on behalf of a prestigious luxury hospitality brand for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee a vibrant, upscale dining operation in Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, labour costs, scheduling, inventory, and budgets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, building a strong culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and senior leadership teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain high standards across food quality, beverage service, presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Drive beverage performance, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and overall beverage profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labour, and overall outlet profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, particularly in restaurant and bar operations.
• A hands-on leadership style, with a visible presence on the floor and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
• Experience within a luxury hospitality brand is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
