Job Description

Pilot Flying J is seeking highly-skilled, experienced Restaurant General Managers to oversee our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate. The General Manager is responsible for the restaurant's financial and operational success, including:

• Providing excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing HR decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Starting pay rates range from $43,888 to $59,050 annually.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and customer service skills, integrity, and accountability. Additional requirements include:

• 2-3+ years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industries with financial responsibility
• Proficiency in managing high-volume retail operations with P&L accountability
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
