As a General Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring operational standards are communicated, trained, and maintained in the restaurant

• Providing outstanding guest service and food quality
• Leading and developing the restaurant management and staff

Requirements:

• Leadership and guidance skills for Kitchen Managers, Hospitality Manager, and Certified Assistant Managers
• Management experience
• 1-2 years in the food service industry, preferably in supervisory roles within casual dining, quick service, or institutional settings with diverse menus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in culinary, hospitality, or business is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
